3D models bring new dimension to Civil Works projects
This is an image taken from a 3D Model of the Addicks and Barker Water Outlet. This model was designed by Adam Smith, a civil engineer from the Southwest Division Dam Production Safety Center at the Tulsa District based upon photographs, site visits and drawings.
