The Southwestern Division's Executive Office develops, refines, and implements the division Implementation Plan (I-Plan) in direct support of the United States Army Corps of Engineers Campaign Plan. It provides command and control over all facets of operations for USACE programs throughout the division's areas of responsibility, encompassing six southwestern states, 21 countries, and facilitates the execution of the division headquarters office along with six district office staffs to provide program management over the development and execution of civil and military operations.
