Tom Kula addressed members of the North Texas Commission at a luncheon Aug. 15, to discuss the Corps mission and emphasized the importance of supporting veterans and wounded warriors. Kula provided the crowd of business owners, community members, entrepreneurs, veterans and military members with a short briefing about SWD, its mission and priorities followed by a sit down Q&A session hosted by former Dallas County Commissioner, Maurine Dickey.
